Decapitation mod pack for CS:GO
These are just headless models and heads for decapitation plugin, so you need to install original models first to use it (and a decapitation plugin of course, i included one that i used for my server, but all other CS:S decap. plugnis still work, you just need to set up them):

Kuristaj's zombie pack (classic and corpse models differ from the Kuristaja's pack but we need them for textures)
If you want to use glowing skin type with ghoul_hs and ghoul_head you need to decompile it and change texture manualy.
If decapitation doesn't work properly, try to add these variables in your sourcemod.cfg:
